Given the rush hour traffic, the drive home was a tad overwhelming at first but once North of the city, it was smooth sailing and had a chance to start to really get to know the in's and out's of my car. We recently purchased an A3 TDI from Gerhard Rexroth and it was a great experience for both my wife and I. This past August I purchased an A4, we worked with Gerhard on a saturday while our salesperson was out and the knowledge and insight that he had was very helpful in the purchase of that car. Over the past 5 or 6 years my wife has had a Volvo and we were getting ready to continue down that path, when we decided to take a look at the A3. She did a bunch of research and had a lot of questions, Gerhard was able to answer all of them and help us with the process. We have purchased many cars and I can honestly say this is the first time my wife was excitied to drive her car new(A3). Gerhard made us feel very comfortable and we can't imagine going through this with anyoue other than Gerhard. He is an asset to Prestige Imports and not only will we recommend him to other people, but you have a customer for life!
We have had the car for almost a month and both of us are very happy with it. My wife cannot believe all of the compliments/inquiries she gets.

"Audi A4 for  my son"

                                               

Dear Mr.Adis,
As a business owner myself, it is with great pleasure that I write you today. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Scott West on the order and purchase of a new A4 for my son. The day before leaving the country for over a month, my son and I dropped by your dealership and met with Scott. We decided on the A4 with a fairly lengthy list of add ons and ordered the car to be delivered when we returned to Denver. I have to admit being a little skeptical with my son about the odds of the car being available for delivery when promised and even more so that it would come in the way we had requested. Long story short, Scott not only had the order perfect, but he was willing to give us his home phone number and come in early to meet us so my son who was coming in from 5 flights and 24 hours of traveling would be able to get an early start heading back up into the mountains. By the way, my son is 16 years old. Scott delivered the car to him as he would have any adult client. His professionalism and personal commitment throughout the transaction left a lasting impression on my entire family and certainly set the bar for my son's future automobile purchases. By the way, in 2000, we purchased an A6 for my wife from Glenwood Springs. Our incentive was that they were only 45 minutes from our home in Beaver Creek. We have never been satisfied with the service we have received from them which makes our experience with Scott and your dealership all the more valuable to us. She loves the A6 and we look forward to working with Scott again very soon on a new model.

My Name is B.T. I picked up my new A8 yesterday from Gerhard Rexroth. I wanted to email you to let you know how impressed I am with you dealership. After 3 years of frustration with the other Audi dealer (I had a 2004 A8L) I decided to try your dealership out.

My first experience was a service call on my old Audi in December (by engine thermostat). Not only did Dennis fit me in the very next day, but he insured that I had an Auudi to drive (this rarely occurred at the other Audi dealer) and he had the car fixed and available by early afternoon. He communicated with me well and insured a solid service experience. This was the first time I could answer the Audi survey with all "extremely satisfied" responses!

Just as on the service side, my sales experience with your dealership could not have better. Gerhard would send me emails at major milestones (e.g., the birth of my car in Germany, the day it shipped from Europe, the day it arrived in Houston, etc.) Even more impressive, he came in on his day off to deliver my car to me solely because I was anxious to take possession. He gave me just the right introduction to the car, focusing on the new items rather than belabor items that a 3 year A8 driver already knows. It is a pleasure working with him.

I can see that you run a professional organization that is passionate about both cars and their owners. When I was in yesterday, I noticed the new Cayman S. I can insure you that if I decide that I need a little sports car in my life, Gerhard and Prestige will be the first and only place I turn.
