Prestige Audi and COVID-19

To all of our wonderful Prestige customers,

We wanted to reach out to you to let you know how we are addressing the current situation with COVID-19 and what you can expect from Prestige Audi during this time. We will remain open for all of your service/parts and sales needs until we are told otherwise. It is our intention to take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety and health of our customers, employees and our vendor partners.

Service and Collision Departments:

In an effort to make sure that we are practicing "Social distancing" we are recommending our service customers use our "Prestige Valet Service". For over 20 years we have offered Colorado's premier pickup/delivery service for all of our Audi customers. During these times this benefit will also mean fewer people in our dealership. Our Valet drivers are practicing the safest sanitizing practices and will be using gloves during pick-up/delivery of customer's cars.

All of our loaner cars will be thoroughly sanitized after every use by our staff. We have taken additional precautions to make sure that all "touch points" on all of our loaner cars have been thoroughly sanitized.

Our factory trained Audi technicians are always working on our customers cars with the utmost focus on proper repair. Our technicians ALWAYS wear gloves during all of our inspections and repairs. Upon completion of your service our staff will thoroughly wash the outside of your car as well as disinfecting all "touch points" inside your vehicle, before returning it back to you.

We will also be reducing the cost of our "steam cleaning" procedure down to $59 during this time. This is a process that uses 260 degree steam to kill all the bacteria and contaminants inside your car and your climate control system. If you are interested, please contact our service department.

Retail Sales and Retail Parts:

Our Audi sales staff can accommodate the sale of an automobile without you leaving the comfort of your home. We believe in the beauty of the "test drive". We would never expect any of our customers to make such an important decision without partaking in this extremely important and fun step. Our sales staff (safely sanitized) can bring a car to you for a test drive. After that, our process is actually quite simple. We can negotiate everything from a distance and even complete all of your paperwork in advance of your arrival. Ensuring that your visit to Prestige is as quick as possible.

For those of you who want to visit us on West Colfax please know that our dealership has never been more thoroughly sanitized. Our entire sales staff has been thoroughly educated per CDC guidelines. Expect a lot of elbow bumping and respecting of everyone's "private space". We still welcome our wonderful customers if you would like to conduct business at Prestige.

We are so grateful to be Colorado's #1 Porsche/Audi dealer for over 40 years. We understand that it is our wonderful customers and our amazing Prestige Family of employees that have gotten us there. We will do everything we can to ensure the safety of everyone while we remain open to accommodate our customers.
